Ballet shoes (should be snug fitting without pinching toes).  Primettes to Gde 1/2 – leather, full soled; Gde 3 upwards –canvas. Colour to match skin tone. Ballet tights or socks (socks only for ages 10 and under for exams) to match skin tone
